United Way of the New River Valley has started running holiday food drives! Many families in our community are not fortunate enough to have a Holiday meal and we need YOUR help! We will run food drives the entire months of October, November, and part of December. All contributions meet the needs of local families. Last year we were able to serve 794 individuals with food for the holidays and with your help we will be able to serve just as many or more this year.
You can easily donate monetary to help us purchase needed items! Did you know that $15 dollars could provide a family with a turkey? Or that $35 could feed a family of four? Click here to donate!
