GiveLocalNRV!

GiveLocalNRV is an annual day of giving for local nonprofits. Provided by the Community Foundation of the New River Valley, GiveLocalNRV is designed to offer an easy, secure way for donors to pour money back into their community. It provides a safe, online platform for local nonprofits to use to fundraise. From now through June 24, donors are encouraged to give a minimum of $5 to the organizations or funds of their choice to help our community grow! The CFNRV is also offering incentive grants to nonprofits that reach certain goals such as receiving donations from the highest number of unique donors in an NRV county/city or within certain power hours on June 24.

The past several months have been trying for our community and our country, but that has not stopped our efforts to serve our community! The pandemic has not stopped the needs, and it has not stopped our ability to unite as a community and meet them. This GiveLocalNRV fundraiser will allow United Way and our partner agencies to serve local community members. Your money will help us continue to strengthen families and youth, promote self-sufficiency, and provide health and crisis intervention during this uncertain time.
